MORNINGSIDE

Founded in 1931, Morningside/Lenox Park is located in Fulton County and is adjacent to the Virginia-Highland, Ansley Park, and Druid Hills neighborhoods. Boasting about 3,500 homes, Morningside is sought after for its in-town location, yet quaint small town vibe.

SCHOOL DISTRICT: Morningside Elementary, Inman Middle, Grady High

VIRGINIA HIGHLAND

Founded in the early 20th century as a streetcar suburb, this neighborhood is named after the intersection of its popular commercial district. The area is known for its bungalows and historic homes built in the 1910-1930’s, along with its dining, shopping, and summer festivals.

OLD FOURTH WARD

Often abbreviated as O4W, this neighborhood, located on the eastside of Atlanta is best known as the birthplace of Martin Luther King Jr and the Historic Site bearing his name. Now the area is a cool mix of homes, industrial, mix-use warehouse space, and eclectic nightlife.
