At JackBilt, we have our own design team, allowing us to provide you with custom architectural drawings. We also can work with pre-existing approved architectural drawings or with your architect. In addition, JackBilt is adept at green-certified construction and is always cognizant of existing neighborhood structures and styles.

Getting Started in 3 Easy Steps

The Initial Meeting – Owner Jack Zampell personally meets with you to discuss the scope of the project, design elements, budget parameters, and a construction timeframe.

The Experts Step In – Based on your specific needs, JackBilt’s team of design experts can create custom architectural drawings or work with your pre-existing approved architectural drawings or with your architect.

The Construction Begins – Jack secures the necessary permits and other legal requirements, and construction begins—with you right there every step of the way.
